Breathing space

Thank you to all the new watchers from the previous month and the new month and thank you to all of you who have added my work to your favorites. It really and truly is appreciated even if I haven't gotten around to thanking you

The zen of old slippers

Mon Jul 13, 2009, 12:54 PM
So after deciding to leave due to personal issues and deleting (a rather silly mistake upon reflection) everything in the process, I'm back.

Apologies for re-uploading old work. I'll be uploading an old drawing every 1-2 days for the next two months with a new drawing thrown in every 2-3 weeks for good measure. I should have a new one ready by this weekend featuring Sarah in a pose that could only come about with lots of yoga classes.

I'm glad to be back!!! Thanks to all of you for the support.

...I'll probably upload a new drawing each month.

Thanks to all of you!

Breaking out is hard to do

Sun Feb 15, 2009, 9:49 AM
So my closest friend has given me a challenge. He says he wants me to do a drawing that has no sexual references, be it fetishism or phallic shaped creatures... Needless to say that I undertook his challenge this morning under much duress and head shaking. The result is a young girl in school clothes with nary a boot, corset or glove in sight, sitting on a chair with a chicken/feline like creature at her feet. The background is still typically TNRian but running before walking is something I'd rather not try at this point. Whether this will be liked by the current watchers who are watching for the fetishist and sexually deviant creatures is another story. My uneasiness and almost fearful regard to children was probably the influence for the new drawing. In a way it is a good thing since he did say "Draw from your other fears and obsessions".

You can be the judge in a week or so.
